Brian Waller built his first custom home in 1987 from the ground up. In 2003 he formed a strategic partnership with Tim Minnix of Minnix Companies and in 2006 acquired Minnix Custom Homes & Remodeling. In 2007, the name was officially changed to Brian Waller Custom Homes & Remodeling, marking a new era in the Lubbock custom home & remolding market. We are committed to enhancing the landscape of Lubbock with unique custom homes.

The ultimate goal of Brian Waller Custom Homes & Remodeling is to have a relationship with our customers based on honesty, integrity, and commitment to quality. We will not only guide the customer through every step of the process but will be there after the process for any additional assistance. Building a custom home is a very personal process and we are committed to building long-term valued relationships with our customers.

We specialize in large remodeling projects and upper end homes with the latest in design and construction materials. We do things on a project by project basis and personally select craftsman experienced to make your home unique. While the majority of our homes are completely custom we do offer an array of plans to select from in order streamline the process for you.

Brian Waller Custom Home & Remodeling takes pride in limiting the number of projects we take on. The amount varies according to the number of projects that we are committed to at any given time. We are very upfront about our schedule since we feel it is extremely important that each customer and project receive our utmost time and attention.
